Join me for an opportunity to ground your body and nurture your spirit in a gentle yoga flow. Take some time to go within, come home to your body, and connect with your inner wisdom. In Gentle Yoga, we move softly and at a slower pace, allowing time to focus on the breath and the energetic qualities of the asanas (postures) without strain. We build flexibility and strength in the body and spirit through alignment and presence. This class is for all levels. We practice creating Brave space together.
